The shops will open their doors in the summer of 2018. The apartments will also be delivered in autumn 2018. The Centrumplan development comprises approximately 8,000 square metres of retail space and 39 apartments. The retail units are almost 90% leased to tenants such as Jumbo, Lidl, HEMA, ICI Paris, Etos, Levix Computers, La Vittoria, Kruidvat, DFM Bloemen, Brasserie Pennings, Bakkerij Van Keulen, Brainwash, and Van Haren. The majority of the retail spaces will be owned by the Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Retail Fund. Van Wijnen is responsible for the development and construction of the apartments. The residential project is named ‘De Mael’ and has received significant interest. Currently, 37 of the 39 apartments have been sold.
