Zoning plan milestone for Lake Como 5-star luxury hotel of Foruminvest Group

Foruminvest Group has announced that through its consultant ADD Srl, responsible for the technical and administrative procedures, it has received zoning plan approval for its 5-star luxury hotel development.

The hotel site is strategically located in Menaggio on the picturesque western slopes of Lake Como. On a 35,000 sqm plot of land, Foruminvest will develop a contemporary-designed hotel in full harmony with its natural surroundings and the historical context of the site. The hotel will consist of approximately 105 keys, each offering unrivaled vistas of the iconic lake, signature dining venues, bars, branded spa and wellness, and an infinity pool.

International architectural firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, renowned for luxury hotel designs (such as Bulgari), has been entrusted with the design.

The development of the luxury hotel is fully in line with the Foruminvest investment strategy in prime locations in resilient European cities and major tourist destinations, strengthening its position as one of the leading hotel developers in Europe.
