Foruminvest celebrates turnkey delivery of ‘ibis Styles Rotterdam Ahoy’

Foruminvest has delivered the new ibis Styles hotel to operator HR Group. The business and leisure hotel with 250 rooms, located next to the main entrance of Rotterdam Ahoy, has been fully turnkey delivered after a construction period of just 16 months.

During the opening weekend, the hotel operated at full capacity. Foruminvest handed over the hotel ready for use, including furniture, kitchen with accessories, and fully furnished rooms.

In collaboration with Accor, HR Group, BOBgroep bouw & ontwikkeling, de Architekten Cie., Mulderblauw architects, and ‘Forum Concept & Design,’ this stylish hotel with an Italian restaurant has been designed down to the smallest details.

Foruminvest is currently developing and realizing multiple hotels in the Netherlands and Italy, ranging from three- to five-star formulas, and actively seeking to expand this development portfolio.
