Foruminvest has successfully completed the sale of the ibis Styles hotel in Rotterdam to Corum Asset Management. This newly built hotel, consisting of 250 rooms, has been sold to the French institutional investor and is considered one of the largest hotel transactions of 2023 in the Netherlands.
The ibis Styles hotel is located in Rotterdam, next to the main entrance of the Ahoy Convention Centre, and is fully leased to HR Group for a minimum of 25 years. Numerous sustainability measures have been implemented, resulting in the attainment of an A++ energy label. This aligns perfectly with Corum Asset Management’s long-term investment strategy.

The hotel operations of the ibis Styles in Rotterdam began in September 2023 with an occupancy rate of 95 percent in the first weekend.
