Description
Katwijk is an exclusive coastal resort, marked by the relatively high spending power of its residents and visitors. For tourists who visit for the well-known Katwijk beach it has never been clear that the town centre is located immediately behind the beach town’s boulevard. Foruminvest created a direct connection between the beach and the boulevard and Katwijk’s existing shopping streets. Thanks to this connection, the public can now happily stroll the so-called ‘shopping-eight’ through the centre of Katwijk.For the realisation of this project, Foruminvest had to reach agreements with 80 property owners, primarily of homes in the area.
